Me:

I’m a Maker, studied Aeronautical engineering & finished with M. Sc. @RWTH, am now working as a Research Associate researching machine tool metrology. Still, I have a passion for everything that flies and I want to put my 3D printer to good use, thus this project arose: DIY aerodynamic design, DIY CAD design, DIY build - see what I can do with the skills I acquired so far. Everyone needs some challenges and this challenge lets me take my mind of papers & proposals I have to write.

Did I tell you, that I really started to like THREE.js?

3JS Tools & Help

3JS general & file loaders etc.: Mr.doob / three.js With good documentation

Incredibly useful for creating multiple render windows on one page: threejsfundamentals.org/threejs/lessons/threejs-multiple-scenes.html Multiple 3d elements sucked at first, as I first tested with a single 3d element - which worked beautifully - and then EVERYTHING broke with multiple 3d elements :(
